You are here: Home Code of Conduct Becoming a signatory Annual fees

Annual fees

Code of Conduct signatory fees are payable annually in advance for the 12 month period commencing 1 July. ACFID full members receive a discounted ACFID Code of Conduct fee.

Fees payable are determined by agency size based on the total amount of disbursements to overseas projects, other project support costs and to community education as defined in Section 5: Finances of the Code of Conduct Guidance Document. This figure determines which of the nine groups a Code signatory falls into, which then determines the fees payable.

New signatory organisations pay a pro rata fee. For example, if an organisation is accepted half way through a financial year-ending 30 June, they will be invoiced for half the full annual fee, and so on.
