A range of resources has been developed — and will continue to be developed — to help signatories interpret and apply the principles of the Code.
Signatories are encouraged to make use of these resources and to contact the Code Management Team with any questions.
News:Extension of voluntary period for compliance self-assessmentThe mandatory requirement for signatories to complete the compliance self-assessment process has been extended from 1 July 2010 to 1 January 2011. Full details: Compliance self-assessment.
New resource: Control & Security of Funds Supplementary GuidanceSets out a range of issues for consideration by Australian NGDOs that are relevant to the control and security of funds transferred to third parties. Should be read in conjunction with ACFID Code of Conduct Clause 2.8 and related Guidance Document information and does not form part of the ACFID Code of Conduct or the Code’s Guidance Document.
New online tool for compliance self-assessment 1 July 2009: From today, assessing your organisation’s compliance with all aspects of the Code is a lot easier and more convenient with the new compliance self-assessment process, a secure, easy-to-use, web-based application.
